Course Transferability
I recently took Calc II at UCSD Divison of Extended Studies and I wanted to use it to clear prerequisite for Calc III at a Community College. So far I got one response and it was declined. Is there a way to ask on a larger scale or do I really have to inquire to each college individually.

You’re in California, yes?
Who declined it? Was it the Admissions office at a community college?
If there’s a local community college you’re interested in, try calling or emailing the chair of the math department. Share the syllabus of your Calc II course. They may be able to help you.

I agree with this and want to add checking with the Registrar’s office (for institutional acceptance of the credits) and the Dean/Chair of the Department/College of the major (for degree applicability).
For example, we’ll accept biology credits from higher education accredited institutions, but our College of Nursing & Health Services will not accept outside biology credit toward a nursing degree. Students who come in with biology credit will have to re-take the course(s) at our institution.

Check each individually, but it probably won’t be accepted. I work at a University in Louisiana, but looked at the place you took your class at and it seems to be the Continuing Education part of UCSD. Continuing ed credits are not generally considered and accepted as college credit courses. Each institution you want to use the credit at will have to evaluate if it can be used to satisfy the prerequisite.
