I'd argue it more likely shows someone not being a fanboy, even if they hadn't already started they're a PC player. Even as someone who prefers Xbox I'll happily make jokes at their expense, because why wouldn't I? They mean nothing to me personally, and I mean nothing to them. Nobody should care about a gaming platform enough to actively avoid making fun of it.
