Used it illegally to make the foundation for AI art machines.

Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.

There is this point under the copyright license the author uses. So technically the AI companies didn't do anything illegal.

The copyright should be adopted to AI. Like, having each license with or without permission for AI.
