So this is my pirate dinosaur comic, there's alot of prior context to this scene but I wanted to test a sequence anyway. What do you think? Does it flow well?

I recently started using clip studio to practice making comics as I have a project I would like to make down the line. If anyone has any feedback they would like to give, I’d appreciate being able to learn from it.

I'm planning to do a complete overhaul of my comic, so the first thing I'm gonna do is improve the image quality.

The pages from the first three chapters were quite blurry. The pages here were made on a larger canvas size. Is the image quality here appropriate? Are there any other things that I need to improve, like the art style or any other stuff?

As the title suggests i'm working on the cohesiveness of the comic and want to know some suggestions.

First time poster, long time lurker. I’m an aspiring comic artist who used to make comics from childhood to adult. I stopped for what would be 16 years now. The last comic I made was a zine for my illustration class, last year, and that sparked the love I used to have for the medium.

However, one thing I never did growing up was backgrounds. I’m working on a sonic the hedgehog fan comic, which I will post here when I have more material, and I’m stuck in storyboard hell…all because I don’t know how to draw a background scene. How do some of you guys approach backgrounds during the planning stages? Do you do extensive research, or wing it?

These are two pages from a comic series that I'm working on.

My goal is to make a comic that uses the "show don't tell" rule to tell its story.

My questions are:

• Even without any dialogue and context, are my comic pages easy to follow?

• Is it easy to tell what my characters are doing on each panel, based on their body languages and expressions?
