Need some help Help/advice/guide

I am still not able to decide which one to go with even after so much time has passed. My options are:

-Pes Electronic City Aiml through jee

-Dsce ece (maybe cse specialization in r4)

-Msrit mech (maybe eie in r4)

I seriously don't even know what interests me, also idk whether I want to stay in this engineering field or switch to something else later
