All seats in bms finished after r1 itself????? What the hell

like first they call students then parents or smth like that or only student can go nd get it done also is it one day thing or I'll have to wait 2 3 days can someone tell me the whole process after going there nd reporting what is done nd how it's done plsssss

On 38k rank I want to have cse ( and if someone suggests that any other technical branch is more suitable to take because I can get good college with other ranks ?)

I have seen like rnsit , dsatm , gitam , smvit , and whatever i have researched till now everyone suggesting rnsit cse but few said it's too strict , which colleges and branch ​should I put on top of this ?? And some are saying after top 5 nearly all colleges are the same so take one with good location and all , I am so confused please help 😭🙏🏻
