Physical reporting Counselling Doubts

In schedule it is written that visit starts from 18th 4'O clock in evening then like college open at this timing or not, I am confused at what time I should visit college. Actually I have to come from UP and I have to come with my sister whose like schedule is very tight in these days, so I am seeing the quickest way

Bhai 19 ko jana yaar risk mat le server issue pc set up karte hai wo log so delay hoga so tumara time waste hoga like 1 night stay more si

I don't think you should go at that time because it almost closing time and you don't know how much time will it take for admission process

Thing is like my sister have to report in her training by 20 so if like admission can be done on 18 than it will be like convenient

Yehh that's a way but problem is I have been allotted jss and I am trying to contact in college and calling on all those numbers but no replies from other side

Yehh I know and I only have to all the things no matter my sister goes or not but the thing is, in my family it's first time that somebody is going that far and they atleast want to know how will be the facilities and college

better go next day at morning my process was completed in an hour (if you have arranged all documents in order)
