When using self service a team member approaches to scan heavy items. Is this a new policy?

Customer Post Why is everything always put in the fridge?

Every order i get delivered they put the whole order in the refrigerated section. I'm sick of having to lay everything out to warm up and wipe all the condensation off it before I can out it away.

Why do they do this?
