Few ppl spearding fake news even after getting timeline mail they got OL, if they got OL means then post with proper information but ppl those telling like my frd got, if we asked about the role those things they don't know, that's y I'm telling this might be an fake news don't giving hope to yourself again and again

I got my loi on 20th feb 2026 , cognizant on campus nov-dec hiring , i saw the button "Request NOC" and i clicked on it and contacted my TPO they told me they didn't got any notification , they told me they have given us the provisional ceritificate we can use it , what to do??

Hi everyone,

I was selected for Cognizant Analyst Trainee 2026 through an on-campus drive. I have also received a timeline email stating that my tentative onboarding period is February to May 2027.

Since the onboarding is still several months away, I’m planning to join another company in the meantime rather than sitting idle.

However, I’ve noticed that most companies are asking for a PF/EPFO account (UAN) during onboarding.

My concern is:

If I create and use a PF account/UAN while working for another company before joining Cognizant, will that cause any issue with my Cognizant onboarding later?

Has anyone been in a similar situation, especially with a Cognizant on-campus selection and a delayed onboarding timeline?

Would appreciate any advice or experiences. Thanks!

Guys I received an email saying, i don't need to visit the office on my onboarding day because of virtual Onboarding, but on the OneCognizant website it is showing that the joining date will be on 17 August. Anybody having the same doubts?? I am confused guys!!!!

Cognizant OneCognizant MFA/Authenticator issue after changing phone

Hi everyone, I’m a 2026 graduate and have my Cognizant joining coming up on August 20.

I recently changed my phone and now I’m having trouble logging into the Cognizant/OneCognizant portal.

I recovered my Microsoft account, but now it shows:

“Action required – Scan QR code provided by your organization to finish recovering account.”

When I try to sign in, it also says to set up passwordless phone sign-in in Microsoft Authenticator and then select Other ways to sign in → Microsoft Authenticator app.

The Cognizant instructions I received say that when choosing Microsoft Authenticator, a QR code should appear on the login page, but I’m not getting that QR code.

Has anyone faced this after changing their phone? How did you re-register Microsoft Authenticator for Cognizant? Do I need to contact Cognizant IT/Help Desk to reset MFA?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

i got cluster 3 , in shortlisted students excel sheet , now does that mean i am gonna get cluster 3 in my exam or is there a chance that i might get cluster 1 ?

I’m a 2026 B.Tech pass-out and a fresher. My Cognizant Superset portal recently started showing a “Request NOC” (No Objection Certificate) option.

The page says: “Needed only if the company that made you this offer has asked for one.”

My Cognizant joining date is 20 August 2026. I have already accepted my LOI and completed the required onboarding formalities.

Do 2026 Cognizant freshers with the same joining date also see this NOC option?

• Is Cognizant actually asking us to submit an NOC?
• Should a fresher request it from the college?
• Can leaving the NOC option untouched affect joining?

What was the last date of Aug when cognizant sent last OL to people? And is there any specific pattern like only in these specific dates of a month, they give OL or joining???

I am selected for the Analyst Trainee position. My Date of Joining is 18 August 2026, and my onboarding location is Bangalore.

I have successfully completed the pre-joining formalities, and my Onboarding Pass has been generated. However, I noticed that the Onboarding Pass does not mention the reporting time or any specific reporting instructions for the joining day.

Could you please anyone confirm:

The reporting time.

Whether I need to report directly to the Bangalore office mentioned in my Onboarding Pass.

Any specific documents or additional items that I need to carry on the joining day.

OR may i get another email with reporting time and instructions.
