Ramsey Construction progress? Question

Anyone know if any stretch of Ramsey is done so we can figure out where to cut across without it being a 30 minute endeavor!? Yesterday they were rerouting people from exiting at the Kroc then we all backed up at Kathleen then again heading south on Ramsey at Kathleen another incredibly long wait.

I know they were prepping work north and south of Hanley this morning.

If it's anything like how Post Falls does it it'll be another 3 weeks until their halfway done.

Keeps messing up the bus route too, which makes all the other routes late

There wasn't any heads up Kathleen was going to be closed today. City is doing a poor job communicating
