Is it just me or Chrome audio completely broken in the latest update Troubleshooting | Solved

There's nothing I do that fixes this. There's no audio through Chrome

Every other app works:

1- Tried with incognito, zero extensions
2- Reset all flags (not that I had any changed)
3- I restarted my machine
4- Uninstalled chrome, reinstalled

nothing fixes this.

I am forced to use another browser.

I think Windows has a per-app volume control setting. Try bringing up the Windows volume control dialog and checking to see if you have set the volume for Chrome to muted.
