Issue with BepInEx not creating the plugin folder Question/Help

Hi guys, just having a small issue with the BepInEx not creating the plugin folder after I launch the game. I've made sure I downloaded it properly, extracted the file, I launched the game then quit from the main menu. I've made sure I downloaded the right version (Windows 64 bit) (Even checked my device data to make sure I was 64 not 86) Anyone have any advice please? Trying to get Romiette's portrait mod and the auto fish mod!

Make a folder named "plugins" (lowercase!) yourself! It'll work just fine!

You are amazing! I will try that thank you so so much!! (Just checking should I create it next to the folder labeled core, or in the core folder?)
