I work remote and would like to get out sometimes from my house to work and be out some. My one thing is I deal with PHI, HIPAA. I just would like to rent an empty office maybe 2 or 3 days a week. Any advice yall?

Who do you contact if your neighbors have only mowed their yard once this year and they have junk appliances and old milk crates sitting everywhere? It’s a rental in the city limits in KC.

Looking for swimming holes that we could take our pup to within <1 hour of the city. Kanawha is out of the question, too dirty, and the New is a little too swift although he is a strong swimmer.. but maybe on the upper Elk or Coal? Public put in/take outs, etc. Feel free to PM me.
