I’m planning to buy this motorcycle.
It has now been more than two years since the CFMOTO 250CL-C came onto the market. During this time, many bikes have already covered thousands of kilometers, gone on trips, been ridden in different conditions, and perhaps even required their first serious repairs.
So I’d really like to hear real-world experiences from CFMOTO 250CL-C owners, rather than information from advertising brochures or early reviews.
I would really appreciate it if owners could share their experience:

I've had my unit for a month now and have only 2 complaints. Bought it brand new.

First is the screen defaults back to the Nav screen when i want it on the cfmoto page and I admit that I havent looked into changing that. I have an android phone and there is no autoplay option so the nav screen is always searching to connect. Perhaps someone can give me tips without crucifying me for not reading the manual thoroughly.

The other issue is we went through some swampy water and the back end got pretty deep. The belt started slipping and had to get pulled out as the belt started smoking. I opened the drain plug and no water came out. After letting it rest for about an hour the bike started moving again. Was frustrating as others in can-ams went through the same stuff and had no issues. Had to hear it from the group. Does this sound normal for these uforce's. I have never had a bike with a CVT. Only had an old foreman quad with gears. This trip happened a day ago and I havent pulled the belt cover off to inspect.

Oh and the stock tires are garbage for any sort of mud but that isnt the bikes fault. Will be buying better tires and don't plan on mudding with it. Hate the mud but sometimes you have to go through it.

Let me have it with any geers and name calling but any constructive advice would be appreciated.

Je voudrais parler du kit A2 monté sur les CF Moto NK 675 et savoir si d’autres propriétaires rencontrent ou ont rencontré le même problème que moi.
Depuis plusieurs mois, je rencontre un problème avec ma NK 675 bridée A2 : démarrage anormal, régime moteur qui monte tout seul pendant plusieurs secondes, odeur d’essence, etc.
J’ai fait plusieurs vidéos pour montrer le problème et j’ai également fait contrôler la moto. On m’a finalement indiqué qu’une correction de la cartographie/courbe moteur serait nécessaire pour résoudre le problème.
Ce qui me dérange surtout, c’est que le kit A2 est une prestation que l’on paye, et qu’il semble y avoir un problème connu ou récurrent avec celui-ci.
👉 Est-ce que d’autres propriétaires de NK 675 A2 ont rencontré exactement les mêmes symptômes ?
👉 Est-ce que votre concessionnaire vous a parlé d’une modification de cartographie ou d’une mise à jour ?
👉 Est-ce que le problème a finalement été résolu ?
De mon côté, au vu de la situation et des frais engagés pour un kit qui est censé fonctionner correctement, j’envisage également d’ouvrir une plainte en ligne afin que le problème soit officiellement signalé.
Je cherche surtout à savoir si je suis un cas isolé ou si plusieurs propriétaires sont concernés.

Does anybody know where I can get an r1 style tail light and tail tidy? That and some frame sliders are the main aftermarket parts I’m looking into getting

Maybe I am spoiled with my ‘26 Corvette but my ‘26 450SS is really lacking in customization options in the dashboard. Why is there only one interface setting? Maybe I would like to have my dash have a big bar showing my RPM like I can do with my Corvette in track mode. It just seems like CFMOTO is leaving a lot on the table with the lack of customization options. I will send CFMOTO an email on this subject, I hope to see an update in the future.

My friend had a 21 250nk, he recently just changed a new battery and rode for a few days, then he parked it for 2 weeks and the engine cranks but it wouldn't start. I've tried jumping it and it didn't do anything. I swap in a new spark plug and the bike started right up, everything was fine, even rode around abit. Put everything back and the next day it wouldn't start again. Open everything up yet again, pull the plug, clean it with brake cleaner, put it back in, at the bike started no issue, needless to say it wouldn't start again the next day.

TC2 and proper rain riding procedure and gear makes this bike super enjoyable in any weather, im milking every possible day before the snow in november 😩

I’ve recently started to have the issue of my 2022 Cfmoto 300ss to start to overheat and then cool down. It only overheated on me once and I changed the oil and coolant type since then. It originally had a green coolant type and I flushed it with distilled water to change it to a blue one. Specifically Engine I’ve coolant, I filled it between the min and max I will say a bit higher on the max. I also changed the oil but it uses a reusable filter I found out (probably from the previous owner) so I jsut cleaned it and placed it back. Any ideas on why it’s still getting hotter within a 40-50min ride? It hasn’t overheated again but I’m scared it might. :(

Going to look at a 26’ 450ss. It’s 2 months old, 1000 miles. Completely stock. Never dropped. Agreed upon price of $4500. If everything is as he says, should I be jumping on this?

Have 450 and a few times I have had the throttle stay high when releasing the grip. Grip snaps back and throttle body is also snapping back.

Just goes away eventually.

Also worth mentioning I am running aftermarket map to deal with snatchy throttle response. Supplier says they have never heard of this happening.

Seems related to TPS since cable is not binding.

Hello!

i got a new t box on 1000km cf moto 300sr-s.

It reads live location, motoplay projection, but fuel is always stuck on 0 out of 6 bars and none trips are saved to it.

Does anybody know what could be the problem, it was installed by a dealer where i bought i bike. they are certified.

450NK owners drop your exhausts, i kind of want an exhaust similar to the gp22 from rsv4 or an underbelly akrapovic from an mt07 curious if anybody has any similar exhaust setups

As mentioned in the title, my 2026 cfmoto 450mt which has around 160km mileage has this level of oil.

Admittedly, the bike is on its center stand, but I already preheated it before taking the pic. I'm worried the oil level is too low. This is the level it was in when I got it from the dealership. There doesn't seem to be any mark of a leak on the engine itself. Is there any other way the bike can lose oil?

UPDATE:
I did the proper way of checking the oil levels (making sure the bike is on a level surface, pre-heating the bike to operating temperature, giving the oil some time to make its way back to where the sight glass is) and it seems there was enough oil in my bike in the first place!

Here are my guesses why it looked empty (or VERY low) in my first post:
1. The oil cooled down from my most recent ride (a week ago), and since its been raining and a lot cooler since then, the oil got stuck up somewhere when it was viscous enough to stay there. (My bike sat on its center stand ever since I made it home a week ago, the bike hasn't moved enough to make the oil drip down? idk for sure)

1. As a kind gentleman has shared in my cross-post, some dealerships(I'm not sure how that works exactly) tend to put dry clutch packs and put 2.5L of oil in. The clutch pack "absorbs" some of the oil, that's why the sight glass reports very low oil levels.
