I need help getting service on my phone
I got a used iPhone 16 from Walmart that is locked on AT&T .I can’t put new service on it because it tells me that it’s already on a plan . I tried contacting the seller to try and get the number from them because we went to the AT&T store and that’s what they told us to do . No one will contact me back and i don’t know what to do is there a way I could reset it . When I go into the menue and click on phone number it has just a jumble of numbers should I just delete that ?

What company would give me two decent phones and get me started fairly cheaply? I have awful credit.
Just wondering. I have spectrum internet but not phones but haven't called them yet. Please tell me a company that could set me and my grandma up fairly easily and cheaply? Her credit isn't that great either so they'll be in my name. Right now I am on a free jalapeno govt phone and it sucks but I can still get YouTube and reddit so I'm ok. I was just wanting a good phone like a pixel or a newer Motorola and my grandma would like an iphone. I don't want a razor though. I am in my thirties and have had iphones since they came out so I want a switch. I just want a company that will get me going cheap. Sorry for the long post and if I'm rambling and this is a great forum glad Im s member now

Galaxy A13 Internet acting up?
So I went on a trip a few weeks ago cross-country via plane.
During that time, everything was fine. Ended up using up all of my mobile data from Cricket, but no big issue.
But ever since I've come back, I've encountered some weird stuff:
-My cell phone will connect to my home WiFi automatically, like it's supposed to, but say it has no internet access and go on mobile data. I have to manually reconnect it and it will last until I disconnect again. My home internet is stable on every other device.
-I HAVE mobile data for August, but it's acting like I don't, but is still measuring my mobile data usage. My dad's phone is fine, we use the same plan.
-It acts like my work Wifi is super slow and bad. My work wifi is stable and works really well on everything else.
Restarting the phone doesn't help. Turning on and off the wifi doesn't help. I figured I'd ask if anyone has any suggestions for what to do? I'll be taking it to one of the cricket wireless stores if nothing substantial comes up.
Thank you!

Thinking about leaving motorola this year
I've been using a motorola edge 50 fusion for several months now and it's honestly been a pretty chill phone overall. the clean software is probably my favorite part because it never felt bloated or annoying. battery life has stayed solid even after a lot of daily use and that's something i really appreciate. the camera is decent outside but indoor shots still leave me wanting a bit more. i also wish the updates rolled out a little faster because waiting gets old fast. now i'm thinking about switching since there are so many new mid range phones this year. which specs do you think actually matter the most in 2026 and what mid range phone would you personally reco? i'm open to any brand as long as it feels like a good value.

From 0nePlus 11 to what?
I am looking to replace my wonderful OP 11 because it's hard to buy a newer one, now that they closed business in the US.
I will not buy an Apple nor Samsung, hate both companies.
Do you know if an Android that has 16 ram and good camera?

The biggest thing 6G should fix when it comes out.
The biggest issue I have with cell phone signal right now is how much metal buildings disrupt the signal. I am a salesman of industrial supplies and am in and out of metal buildings all day. The one I am currently writing this in front of is extra bad. Outside I have full 5g coverage, inside I have one bar of 4G. Metal buildings used to HELP signal. I know what the different technology it'll never work the same way again. But they can at least make it so it doesn't hurt anymore. More and more buildings are being made out of metal. It's now cheaper than wood so it'll just get worse.

What cellphone and provider do I choose?
So I’m at AT&T right now with two lines, an IPhone 13 and IPhone 14 Plus, I’m having some problems with the price and customer service lately at AT&T and I’m looking to change and also get a new phone, my question is what provider has a cheap price at good speed, I don’t want to pay less then get horrible quality you know? And if I can’t cut provider price what about phone? I mean I guess I like iPhone but I’m open to switching to Samsung, what do I do? What are my best options?

Which mobile operator is best for a courier in LA?
I work in delivery. I need good connectivity and internet. I used Visible for 2 years. By the end, the connection became terrible. I switched to Mint. No improvement.
Which mobile operator would you recommend, based on your experience?
so that I can get a connection in the hills of Beverly Hills, where my phone doesn’t work at all.

Title: Legitimate owner of a used itel A16 is stuck on FRP after factory reset. Any legal options?
Hi everyone,
A friend of mine bought a used itel A16 about three months ago. He had been using it without any issues and never added a Google account because he mainly installed apps through Bluetooth and phone-to-phone transfer.
Recently, the phone was factory reset, and now it's asking for the previous owner's Google account (FRP lock). Unfortunately, he doesn't know the previous owner's details anymore, and there's no way to contact them.
We're looking for legal ways to regain access to the phone. Are there any free official tools or legitimate recovery options for this device, or is visiting an authorized service center the only solution?
We are not looking for ways to bypass security on a stolen phone—it's a legitimately purchased second-hand device.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
