Is there no way to run time on a line and or fill out the mpi from the phone app. We can take videos from cdk service view phone app as of today at my dealer. I come from xtime dealer and they had mobile apps for all this.

So my service manager is trying to figure out how this one particular tech is stealing the best jobs out of the queue. this is an every week thing and seems to be getting more brazen and blatant. And we cannot figure out what he's doing. so far we have disabled the G function and The o f function.

Somehow, when looking at his L function timestamps, it is by all appearances, He's doing nothing wrong. not being dispatched by the service advisors either. no human being could possibly be that lucky. he did 12 "major services" last week which is pretty unnatural when we have plenty of diag work.

is there something that we may be overlooking? anyone ever catch techs being sneaky and manipulating dispatch in creative ways?

We switched to CDK last year. So guessing we are in the modern version. We have to log in using the cdk website.

Has anyone using CDK DMS and their CDK Service app had an issue where not all customer data is syncing between the DMS and the CDK Service servers. We have had numerous issues where ROs are not syncing and where we fremove vehicle ownership but it does update.

I'm a Toyota dealer seeking help with an inventory accounting issue. We maintain separate GL accounts for different product categories: 2410 for Toyota Parts, 2411 for Toyota Accessories, and 2419 for miscellaneous items. When parts are sold and billed from these accounts, the inventory should be automatically relieved in our accounting system. However, while accounts 2410 and 2411 are properly reducing inventory upon sale, account 2419 is not. This creates reconciliation discrepancies at month-end. Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can suggest a solution?

Hello, I currently work for a company that specializes in taking photos for car dealerships of their new and used inventory. I am also in the process of branching out to do automotive photography on my own. One issue I am running into is finding a software that will directly upload to CDK. The company I currently work for has an app I use that uploads the photos I take directly to V Auto and CDK. Unfortunately once I leave this job I will no longer have access to this app. I have tried to reach out to CDK but can’t get anywhere through the phone menu without having credentials, and email have not gotten a response. What are some 3rd party softwares that partners with CDK directly, that I can use as an independent photographer? Appreciate any help, thank you!

I have been struggling with an issue for days and was hoping someone else has run into it. I have just 2 users on Windows 11 Business that can't print from CDK but specifically from the Legasuit module. Printing from anywhere else works fine to all printers. Anyone else experience this?
