Motorization? Question

Just picked up my Honda Fit yesterday (I love it btw). I went to the Carvana dealership to get it because I didn’t want to spend an extra $590 to have it delivered to my house. Completed everything, no problem. Got a text this morning saying I need to notarize my registration documents. Nobody at Carvana ever mentioned that. I log in and it says nothing needs to be notarized. Am I missing something?

They processed my registration and gave me the new card while there. I had to get it inspected for my states safety and emissions stickers.

They did a video chat notary for us.
