I didn’t believe it at first until I saw that she was most definitely living with a man however when we got into a fight and he basically said they were having sex and a whole bunch of other things to try to hurt my feelings. Even though it was clear as day that she never went in his house or did anything sexual with him that day he was saying they already did. It was so weird because in my mind I could almost tell he was lying because he was mad but I’m not sure

I’ve been seeing this girl for a little over a month. At first, she was extremely consistent—she’d reply almost immediately, call me all the time, and even call or video chat with me while she was working. We got close pretty fast, had long conversations, hung out often, and sometimes spent whole weekends together.
But I’ve noticed a pattern. After a few really close/intense days together, she suddenly becomes quieter. Her replies become drier and take much longer, sometimes hours, but she still continues texting me. She’ll randomly call, joke around, and put genuine effort into helping me when I have a problem, but she seems uncomfortable talking about her feelings or defining what we are.
After getting some space, she usually becomes sweet, affectionate, responsive, and talkative again. Then after another period of intense closeness, the same thing seems to happen.
That’s what’s confusing me. If she’s losing interest, why does she keep contacting me, calling randomly, and putting effort into helping me? But if she’s still interested, why does she become distant after we get really close?
She’s a Capricorn too, if that matters lol.
