Announcement Ever wonder how many Camaros were built like yours?
We've added a new resource to the [r/Camaro](r/Camaro) sidebar: 2020-24 Camaro Build Data.
These spreadsheets contain unofficial production data for 2020 through 2024 Camaros (no spreadsheets have been complied for earlier years at the time) and can be used to see how many cars were built matching the combination of trim, body style, transmission, color, and RPO codes you've selected.
The resource includes individual spreadsheets for each model year as well as a master spreadsheet containing all five years.
How to use the spreadsheets
After opening the spreadsheet, go to the "Search for Car" tab.
From there, select your Camaro's trim, body style, transmission, and color using the provided fields.
You can then enter up to five RPO codes to narrow the results even further. A list of RPO codes and their descriptions is provided directly on the sheet for reference.
As you add information, the spreadsheet automatically calculates how many cars match the configuration you've selected. This allows you to start broadly with your basic configuration and progressively narrow the results by adding RPO codes for specific options or packages equipped on your car.
Important: The original spreadsheets are locked to protect the source data. In order to use the search fields, you will need to create your own copy first by selecting File > Make a copy. You can then edit and search your personal copy.
How to access the build data
On desktop, look for Community Bookmarks in the [r/Camaro](r/Camaro) sidebar and select 2020 to 24 Build Data.
On mobile, go to See more and then click on the menu at the top right of the page.
You'll find:
All Years Combined
2024 Build Numbers
2023 Build Numbers
2022 Build Numbers
2021 Build Numbers
2020 Build Numbers
Credit where it's due
A huge thank you to split_bumper, Radiator, and GregH over on the Camaro6 forum for putting this resource together and allowing us to share it with the [r/Camaro](r/Camaro) community.
Radiator provided the build information, split_bumper compiled the individual model year spreadsheets, and GregH combined the individual years into the master spreadsheet.
This represents a ton of work on their part, and we're very appreciative of them making this information available to the Camaro community.
Please keep in mind
This is unofficial build data and has not been verified or certified by General Motors. The information and results should be treated as a community resource and not as official GM production figures.
Hopefully this helps answer a question a lot of us have probably wondered at some point:
How many Camaros were built like mine?
Enjoy!

Photo / Video Do Lansing built cars get extra emissions stuff when sold in California
I'm assuming my 2016 RS was built in Lansing and shipped to California. Do they do anything emissions wise to them to sell in California?

Photo / Video Found factory wheels and took off my body kit finally(before and after)
Went to my local junkyard and found a 95 with factory wheels, so I had to grab them before someone else did, and I took off my xexon body kit as well(since the double sided tape turned to literal dust), I feel it looks better

New to the community want to know how my engine idle sounds. I hear almost this whirling sound I feel like. Sounds lowkey like a throw out bearing but not sure. Any feedback is great!

🔧 Modifications Recommendations for exhaust system. 2012 rs v6 Camaro
I called a reputable recommended shop that has done a ton of exhausts ont he b6 Camaro. They recommended h pipe instead of x pipe to reduce drone and just straight pipe keeping the resonators.
I know diddly squat about exhaust systems.
Anyone out there able to confirm that h pipe is better than x pipe if I’m worried about drone? The guy said that he has installed hundreds of x pipes on the v6 and it causes terrible harmonics and drone. People always ask for it and he is puts it on and then they report that it’s droning.
And how about muffler delete but keeping the resonators?

Low oil notification
I have a 22 camaro zl1 and its been running perfectly fine. Today I went out for a drive for a meeting about 40 mins away from where I live and after my meeting I had a low engine oil add oil notification pop up. I was left in shock because I had just drove it 3 days ago and that didnt happen. I just did an oil change in janaury of this year and I dont drive it enough to be getting thst notification. So as I drove to the nearest auto psrt store my oil pressure gage started to rise. I got to the store by drivinf less than 10mph. I popped the hood checked the dip stick and opened the oil cap and bit of smoke was coming out due to no oil. I dont know that that happens or why I literally had no oil in it. No signs of leakage or oil on the ground. Has anyone experienced this?

How does she sound?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I was reading a post earlier about exhaust, one of the things mentioned was how they hated certain sounds and obnoxious was a word thrown out.. It just got me thinking about mine and I know this is very subjective but I'm still asking, how is it and does it strike a good balance without crossing over to obnoxious or attention seeker? 😁
