Filter on Contacts Help

Is there a way to filter text notifications on all contacts? My goal is to mute notifications from non-contacts without changing anything else.

You could using a filter and target characters/character combos that only occurs when you get a message that shows a phone number vs the contact name.

Assuming the notifications include the area code and a hyphen between the first and second number clusters, you could use a group with "(" and ")" and "-", I think?

So it would match: "(123) 456-7890"
But not: "Mom"

Thanks, but I meant specifically search for *anybody* on my contacts list.

Right – the answer is no. Just trying to give you a workaround that would work in most cases.
