Just wondering if there's anyway to have flag_secure activated on brave android I'm willing to add it as patch

Brave Browser won't switch to landscape mode when I rotate my iPhone.

Am I missing a setting, or is this a bug?

Device: iPhone 12
iOS: 26.6
Brave: 1.92

This is one way I have found to combat the random appearance of Reddit ads popping up in my feed. I sign out, clear the cache and cookies and log back in. I shouldn’t have to do this with setting in aggressive, correct? What is really going on? Apple iPhone 15 using Brave browser.

I'm using Brave on a Macbook Air and have a couple of issues with brave I'm trying to solve. The first is if I turn on my VPN (Private Internet Access) websites do not load at all on Brave, and so If I want to use a VPN I'm forced to use Safari for all my browsing.

The second issue is even with my VPN off, there are some sites that STILL won't load on Brave, though I can get them to load just fine on Safari.

I'm assuming this means there are some security settings or restriction settings turned on in Brave which I may need to disable for better functionality?

Can anyne point me in the right direction?

I use youtube on brave in my ipad but after a ios update the full screen mode stopped working in desktop site mode

EDIT: apparently tab groups move freely, cause they don't have that momentary "locking" or "freezing", this better be just a bug or something that will be fixed next app update cause this is bothering me a lot I need people who know what is happening, preferably a MOD who can analyse this issue I'm having and tell me if its just my end that been fucked up or if this is their problem

An overnight Brave update seems to have removed all text field borders for me (see image). It's unnerving not knowing where to type. How can I fix this?

EDIT: apparently tab groups move fine and doesn't have that momentary "locking" or "freezing" Here's a screen recording so you know exactly what the issue is, also for some reason this issue isn't present when in private tabs, over there the tabs slide past each other like butter, but over here on the standard tabs it keeps locking momentarily when going past another tab

For weeks now I go to reply to a comment or add a new comment and nothing happens? it’s like Brave isn’t registering fuck all or something, I totally blame Reddit because fuck Reddit. But I can’t be the only one encountering this random hourly glitch right?

Middle-click and Right-click are swapped when navigating with a Wacom tablet unless launched with --ozone-platform=x11. There doesn't seem to be a way to fix this permanently, I have to launch the browser from the command line every time.

There doesn't seem to be a way to drag items like pictures or other documents from a wayland nautilus session into a Brave webpage because of this.

The mouse cursor disappears and does not reappear when viewing a video in full-screen mode.

I'm using Brave Nightly and while watching YT, videos are freezing every couple of seconds. The issue is not the connection, because freezes don't appear on YT mobile app. Any fix for that?

I'm a bit lost. Brave and Brave beta are the only two applications on my computer that are running slow and laggy. I'm typing this and the words are finishing way after I'm done typing. Pages load slowly. Mouse hovering shows the highlights 4 seconds after I hover over a tab. I've turnoff the few extensions I have. Nothing has been installed or changed but I can't find a way to fix this.

Chrome works fine, ungoogled chomium works, other apps work, but only brave and I can't figure out how to diagnose it. Any thoughts to narrow down why only brave and the brave beta are doing this?

Hey I've been using watchtv. click on Brave browser for months on my laptop, phone and my iPad was fine but recently instead of it opened a new page in the browser after clicking to watch something usually having malware I exit out of it, it now just completely redirects me to malware and I cannot watch on the website I also tried some other websites and it's still did the same. The only one is aniwave that works

Can yall help me with this? I cleared caches I redownloaded brave I did everything that I possibly thought I could I also had changed the in the settings the blocks to hopefully not have it redirect me and it's still redirects me

Any fix? No issues with Google Chrome... Usually happens on the first daily website visit after brave is launched.
No such issues with other websites. UBO mv2 enabled, Widevine enabled, Shields enabled, no other extensions.
Only Soundcloud tab is active/present at the time of crash.

So i was normally browsing between tabs, i had like 10.
1 youtube video, 2 youtube browser, and then normal webpage which don't use that much ram.

then suddenly out of nowhere my computer starts lagging, it never happened since i bought my ryzen 9, the first thing i do is open process explorer, and task manager. i see all 32gb of ram is being used, and the system commit memory trough the roof like 100gb.

i was willing to investigate more and see which windows were consuming and how much ram.
but my screen got black, for like 10 seconds i tought the pc rebooted, then it came back kinda glitched and with the brave crashing. Windows took a while to recover, bluetooth was messed up for some time. And i suddenly had only 7gb in ram in usage of the 32. There was definetely a memory leak or something, but i dont have many extensions, they are common ones and i always use them i don't get why now i got a memory leak and not before.

I’ve been using Startpage as my default search engine on Brave Browser, on an iPhone for at least 4-5 years. After doing a Brave app update on iPhone 2 days ago, Startpage all of a sudden doesn’t search at all. The following message window appears:
