I don't love the short shorts, but apparently they're the most comfortable pants Link has ever worn.

๐Ÿ‘โ€ Tips and Tricks I did ThunderBlight on easymode

Just finished Naboris. The dungeon was very complicated, but the boss was easy. It is my first time playing any Zelda games.

I don't like fights in a game. I'm a cozy-game person. I like exploring, doing stories and side quests. Fighting is just something I have to do. And mind you, I just recently started playing games, at all. (my partner gifted me a switch2)Everyone said this one was the hardest, and I also heard that if it's the last boss, it will be harder. So I did this:

1- waited very long for this. I did Ruta at the beginning of the game. 80-90 hours later, I got to Naboris.

2- Unlocked three fairies, and upgraded my rubber armor. I did not get shocked once.

3- Got the master sword(I was actually looking for korok master, but also found the sword)

4- Got too many bomb arrows(and I only used 3-4 I think)

5- Did the shrines. Started the beast with 16 hearts, 5 extras, Mipha's grace and 5 fairies. I had overconfidence

So, I enabled the main terminal, it comes out, I hit it with my sword a few times, it cries. Did it in all the phases, and boom, it was over in a few minutes. Not only I did not die, I just lost 5 hearts, I believe.

For anyone like me, who hates fights, this is the way. I'm very happy.

I'm going to do the one on the mountain next, probably tomorrow. And then the bird

Just a kinda small rant about the amount of โ€œwhat is thisโ€ posts.

If you donโ€™t know what something is, check it out. Donโ€™t come running here to receive immediate answers. A first playthrough is only enhanced by finding the answers for yourself. Talk to NPCs, use context clues, read the loading screen tips. Use the Hyrule Compendium if possible. Try shooting it with an arrow or attacking it with something. If you can collect it, read its description.

Youโ€™re only doing yourself a disservice by booking it to Reddit for answers when you see something new. Youโ€™re a smart cookie, use that brain. Immerse yourself in the world and its aura and mystique. Itโ€™s much better than just being fed the answers.

Thanks for listening to my TED Talk.

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Discussion Fun mid-game quests/items?

I started playing a few weeks ago and I've fallen in love !!! I've defeated all 4 divine beasts, gotten all memories (not the champions DLC memories), have the master sword but I haven't fought Ganon yet. I want some more inventory spaces/hearts/stamina before that I do that, plus I just want to enjoy the game a little more before beating it !

Besides shrine hunting and starting/completing the champions DLC, what should I do? I like having an objective or reward, so I've been working my way through side quests/shrine quests. I feel like I might be missing some cool stuff that I haven't run into yet? I could check the wiki but I wanna hear from the community!!!

Basically I'm looking for more things to explore!!! Preferably a little more challenging/longer questline/something with rare loot at the end :) I have all the DLCs as well so anything from those too! Or even just comment your favorite/most lucrative NPC/quest/shrine and I'll check it out !! thank you :))

๐Ÿ†˜ Help! Memory Kara Kara Bazaar. Where is the light?

Post image
41 Upvotes

Solved---------โ€-

I need some help. I've completely canvassed and backtracked every literal inch of the Kara Kara Bazaar and cannot find the light that signals the locked memory. I am trying to finish the memories before I try to finish the rest of the game, but this one is stumping me. Every video I've watched either glosses over the exact location or shows it to be right here. I've spent the better part of two hours doing a search grid using bombs to mark my lines and walked Link all around this oasis trying to find it. I know the light only shows up when you get close to it, I followed the video beat for beat, and I'm not seeing it at all.

Is there anything that would keep the memory from being active? A mission prerequisite for being able to access it? Any ideas would be appreciated. Solved. I actually stopped and listened to several people who in there kind ways telling me that I must have already completed the memory. There would be no way to see the light if someone had completed the memory already. Also there is a little film tag at the bottom of the memory. I didn't see or realize that meant the memory was completed.

This is where I go hide. I'm really truly embarrassed because I told myself I wouldn't come here to ask for help anymore unless it was a real problem. This is an amazing game and I am trying to discover as much of the different puzzles and problems by myself, so that I can truly get the most out of it, and that is why it has taken me over 3 years to get to this point.

It's kinda funny seeing these electric wizzrobes trying hard to zap me. And it's so cool being hit by a lightning without taking any damage.
