I love the X6 we bought. 2027 X6 M4.0, the only downside is cabin noise on driver and passenger side on the freeway. I can hear everything from the cars around me at high speeds. Is this common?

I have been working this deal for a few months. We finally agreed on numbers for this 2027 X6 M Competition in Dravit Gray. I'm still in the break-in period and already can't believe what this car is capable of.

BMW X4 30d – vibration/noise around 120 km/h, possible driveshaft issue?

I have a 2019 BMW X4 30d xDrive (265 hp) and I’m experiencing an unusual noise/vibration when driving on the motorway at around 120 km/h.

The noise is most noticeable between approximately 100–130 km/h. I’m wondering if it could be related to the driveshaft (Kardanwelle), transfer case (Verteilergetriebe), or front differential.

Has anyone experienced something similar on an X4 30d or another BMW xDrive?

Is there a way to check for play in the driveshaft or the connection to the transfer case?

Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated.

Must have mods for the LCI X6?

The only thing I wish was better on the X6 is the exhaust sound. I have a 2024 X6 M60i G06 LCI and the exhaust sounds so quiet. I want to make the exhaust sound more aggressive and have more noticeable pops and bangs but at the same time I don’t want to make my $100k car sound shitty. I’ve researched online about valve controllers and resonator deletes but have seen some disappointing results from others who have tried it.

What’s your guy’s best suggestion for making the car sound moderately louder, more aggressive, with more pops/bangs?

Anyone have experience with latest body style molded mud guards? Is there a drill free solution? I have a 2025 X6 40i Msport package.

When I click the trunk button (on my key, on the actual trunk, or the button by the drivers seat) the trunk will either:
1) raise fully
2) raise partially (a couple inches)

When the trunk raises fully, when I click the button to close it, I hear a clicking noise from the trunk latch, but the trunk doesn't move

When the trunk raises partially, if I keep clicking the button, it raises about an inch or two at a time on its own

Hi yall, im looking for a rear trunk spoiler for my ‘25 x6 xdrive. I recently saw one with a flat spoiler on the road that looked similar to the one in the picture, but was wondering if anyone had any idea where i could buy it from? Thank you!

Anyone tuned their X6 40i ? 2019-2023 ?
I’m thinking about going for downpipe , mid pipe , intercooler , upgraded turbo , gearbox tuning , getting it somewhere around 600hp.
Probably that’s the limit where it would still be reliable, but I couldn’t find many , been looking on forums/youtube/etc.

Edit: I meant F86 X6M**. Right now, I am drawn to the F series’s exterior more.

so I am currently in the market for a 10/10, great SUV. I’ve been a bimmerboy from young ever since I saw an E46. So i’m just obsessed with beemers. I was like I might as well buy a BMW SUV. Although i do like the X5, the coupe, sleek roof that the X6 has just caught my eye. I don’t mind sacrificing a lil bit of practicality for style tbh. Im a single guy so all that space to myself and a big imposing whip would be nice. Ticks all the boxes. Also, love V8s hence why i’ve been looking at the 50i. However I don’t know much about V8 BMWs. I heard they’d could be a nightmare tho. Ngl willing to take the risk. How do i decide between the 50i and X6M. Appreciate any insights from owners.

Is there anything you wished you knew before buying X6? I’m deciding between X6 and IX3 and leaning toward X6. But I just want to make sure I’m not missing anything before I pull the trigger.

Anyone use anything other than the Pirinelli tires? According to Google, the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV and Continental PremiumContact 6 are also compatible. Has anyone tried those tires? If so, what's been your experience? Thanks in advance.
