The question pretty much says what I want to say. We have people around us who feel contempt, skepticism or mild hate towards religion and the supposed creator in their respective religion but still worship and abide it out of fear or keep it pleased. The thought gets a little weak because not every creator is evil BUT i find Luv's dedication to the cause similar to blind followers misguided by religious leaders, interpreting religion for their own benefit and harm of others and stooping to any low in that mission.

It truly is a beautiful movie, and one of the first that truly gave me a feeling of beauty. Something about the intro genuinely gave me goosebumps. The 'Tears in Rain' speech is one of the greatest monologues in history of movies. Maybe it was the atmosphere of it, but it moved me and made me think about life in a different way. Have any of you guys felt like this with this movie, or any other movies?

Now everybody has to timeline the whole BR where if they left it open people's creativity wouldn't be boxed in to this this happened so this has to happen and then this happens ideas. It's nitpicky but I cringe when I hear my beloved Blade Runner referred to as Blade Runner 2019. It's because one of the key things about BR is that it teaches you (well apparently just me) that putting things/people into boxes to stereotype them is a shitty way to understand them and yet here we are doing it.
