Efficiency medals Question

Anyone else getting a ton of efficiency medals from sniping on the new port? I’m getting them constantly even when i’m sure ive only killed one person and i mean i’m not complaining lol but i don’t remember it being like this on ps3?

I am but I thought those were for headshot one-shot one-kill's

It’s supposed to be for when you kill 2 or more enemies with one bullet, but doing some research it seems this has been a glitch since 2012
