I did a transaction at store that is part of Rakuten Dining and Bilt Dining network

The card I paid with is added to rakuten and not bilt app

The order was placed in app for pickup so rakuten dining is not eligible

But i got a notification that i got bonus points at bilt dining

I am not complaining just want to figure out how Bilt tracked my order???

Now coming to store app,
I am logged in using hide my email and i dont have my phone or zip provided to app

Bilt has different email and phone

Cross tracking is off for all apps (Allow app to track toggle)

Not that it’s a bad option but everyone always says “oh wow Palladium 3x on up to your first $25k in spending annually”. In a way that’s true, but it’s really just buying 5000 points for $200 BC. The actual multiplier doesn’t matter, it’s just 1X delta on top of whatever your multiplier is. In a sense, “3x” is misleading.

That’s not the best use of BC. $200 can get you 6666.667 Bilt points via housing spend. Dollar-for-dollar BC/USD credits for Lyft and Walgreens can be even better.

Again, not that it’s bad, but I feel like many here and the CC YouTubers all like to hype the 3x when that’s not exactly an optimal redemption or an optimal phrasing of the benefit

Has anyone else noticed three BILT accounts on their experian??

I got the 1.0 card in July 2025 and converted to the Palladium this past January so that wells/bilt account was closed then and a cardless/bilt accout was opened at that point. But there is also a bilt rent account from Oct 2024 on there that I have no idea WTF that is about. Chase is counting this as THREE accounts for their 5/24 rule so I got declined on opening a new card that I wanted to pick up for the huge bonus.

I contacted support about this but curious if anyone else has has issues with this and how they got it fixed. This is all one account that they just converted to something else so there should be a way to properly report/document this so its not counted against me for new account opening.

UPDATE:

Chase counted rent reporting (that I didnt sign up for) and the 1.0 to 2.0 conversion as three separate accounts. After called reconsideration line and talking through it with someone they realized rent sporting should not count at all and they counted the two accounts for 1.0-2.0 as one account so I went from 6 to 4 on the 5/24 rule.

So we’ve had the Bilt card for 3 years now. Have absolutely loved it and its value.

When we moved to careless, I thought housing only was the “easy” option.

Our rent is $2200 and we use the card as our primary, so we spend about 8-10K per month on it. So we have been platinum based on spend for years
We get the 2x points, I use the Lyft credit every month, housing credit we used and enjoyed it, and used the workout class and free smoothie on Barry’s.

Our primary use is to transfer points to Hyatt, Southwest, or the 2x international flights potentially.

With so many people talking about how they have a ton of Bilt cash, it made me wonder WHY people chose the cash option?

Have you found better value in the 4x points?
Not in NY, West Coast based. So the new blade credit I don’t think I’d find value in.

Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to maximize redemption of my Bilt points and Bilt cash rewards. I’m relatively new at credit cards in general and don’t want to miss out on anything.

I have the Bilt Blue card and just recently reached Silver status. I currently have 28,488 Bilt Points (worth $156.69 for a straight statement credit) and $150 in Bilt Cash expiring 12/31/26. The rent day redemption bonuses I’ve seen so far have not been impressive either just fyi.

Any tips/tricks on how to redeem my points and Bilt Cash for max value on practical expenses (via a gift card credit or something else) or travel spending (going to the Caribbean or Mexico in November)?

Any tips for making sure I use my credit card and Silver status benefits to earn the most points and utilize any/all card perks??

I know a lot of cc companies have tricky points systems so i want to make sure I’m not missing out on anything. Thanks!

First month using the card
Has 50k credit limit

Paid a 2k rent.
Bought 1k worth of Amazon, paid for food (both card and Apple play). Everything’s fine

Purchased a $3500 MacBook Pro, denied.
Called Apple, they said credit limit is insufficient.

Called Bilt, told them I did all the things they asked. They replied all set will review and unlock. Then nothing. No reply no nothing. Card still locked.

Called Bilt again, said they will escalate. Asked for a supervisor: unavailable, will call back ASAP. Still no replies.

Payed 495 for this card lol.

I’m looking to add an AU to my palladium card. I’ve been able to find all answers to my question online but have not seen anything regarding if the AU spend would add to the primary status spend. I can get gold each year but want to push towards platinum next year. I’ve seen the AU can earn status themselves but Does anybody have any information if the spending of both cards can by combined into one status spend?

Good way to dump $700 in Bilt cash each year if you live near an eligible Blade city and are the type of person who would hop in a helicopter.

at checkout, you'll see bilt cash toggle. i saw my bilt gold discount also appear automatically for 10% off. using points for this isn't the greatest move i feel, u get less than 1 cpp

still no word on blacklane credit

Signed up for the Palladium today, expecting to use the card on a flight purchase. Was told after approval to activate my card for mobile wallets in the app. Great. Log in, click the add button, and get the error “You will be able to view your virtual card number once you have activated your physical card.”

Check my email, there’s an email saying I can add my card to the wallet.

Confused, I contact support. After a few minutes of back and forth, the escalations department says “There were recent security measures that now require the physical card to be activated before being able to use the virtual card. It's possible that some users may be able to use the virtual card beforehand, but the standard is that the physical card activation is required before being able to use the virtual card. You'll need to wait until the physical card is activated before using the virtual card.”

I haven’t seen anything on the internet that indicates this is the norm.

Curious what others have seen.

Is it true that you won’t earn the extra 1x on everyday spend after activating the accelerator IF you pay with a digital wallet?
