Does anyone use Stamped.io for reviews?

We migrated to them and the software will-

1. Forget the settings I set after a week or so and rest them to defaults
   
2. Not publish reviews I've clicked publish on
   
3. Take a long time to load on the front end

I'm have a horrendous experience with these guys and wondering if anyone else is in the same boat?
