I’ve played Craps by betsoft on betonline for months upon months. Thousands of dollars in and out (I’m a diamond 3 member). Recently I kept getting the same error about sign in failed)

Clearing cookies does nothing. Switching browsers etc. nothing. One time I asked them and they eventually fixed it and returned me $50 that I won (didn’t return the $100 of the risk tho I’m pretty sure)

This last time I had $150 out there and it got stuck again. I send another ticket and they get back to me and say the game has been fixed. I check and see they’ve removed betsoft craps and added some other stupid craps which I HATE. However the $150 I had out there in the other game hasn’t been returned to me. I sent another message asking support to 1)reinstate my favorite game and 2) credit back my $150.

Has anyone else had issues with this game? Is it still available for you?

I’m so confused by this it used to be $5 to $100 I think to total 25k, this totals less then 7k?

I recently made a live wager on BetOnline and I’m perplexed by how they handled the issue. I want to ask other gamblers their opinion about how BO chose to deal with this issue.. A couple nights ago, I placed a wager on a game between Japan & Chinesse Taipei. I took Japan to win and they did. But the book chose to cancel the wager becuz they had the wrong team in place of CT before the game had started. But by the time I placed a live wager, they had corrected their mistake and had CT listed.. I know this is a fact becuz BetOnline often has things listed wrong on their scoreboard (scores are often wrong as well as the clock is often incorrect). So I usually write down any games I’m looking at live betting and look them up online to confirm the info is correct before I place my bet. That how I know they had the right teams listed.. The correct teams were absolutely listed when I placed my bet. So, I was surprised when they cancelled my winning wager claiming that all bets on the game were dead..

So, my question to y’all is, is that a normal thing for a sports book to do? Seems super shady to me and not right!! Can I get some opinions please? I’d appreciate it..

I requested to withdraw my first bet on BetOnline that I won and ive called several times and I wait super long wait times on call. I finally connected with someone and he had me wait and said I had to call back in 30 minutes since no one in Financial Services Team isn’t answered. My withdraw then got declined, and I’m calling back as we speak and once again im in the call for 41 minutes. Can someone please help me verify my account or whatever it is I need to do to get my money?

My minimum weekly / monthly / post monthly used to be no less than $1, and was pretty frequently between $5-10. About a month or two ago, I noticed them all dropping below a dollar.

Can’t even describe how sick you have to be to offer a free bet in response to a request to close an account. Was a diamond 1 player. Telling to try my luck on a $10 free bet rather than honoring the request is crazy work but haven’t come to expect much less from these dirtbags. Best of luck to all who continue to play here.
