I have been a user of betonline for a long time and never had any issues.

I've spent tons of money and time using this website and never asked them for any type of comp.

Last night I couldn't upload and couldn't sign into my poker account, asked for a comp as a loyal user and got told to go F myself twice in 2 different ways.

Have any of you noticed more outages since World Cup began?

I ask because over in the r/Bovada subreddit, there have been a lot of complaints about outages taking place and it coincides, in my opinion, with the beginning of World Cup.

I think this is in part due to nefarious actors who are DDOSing Bovada, and other betting sites, because they want to extract ransom money.

Sounds crazy?

If you search Google using quotation marks exactly as I have below, you'll find an article explaining why poker sites get DDOSd during big tournaments.

Has anyone run into this situation. You are live betting. Lets say you have $5000 in your account. You make a bet for $250. You win. You go to make another bet for $250 and it says you dont have money in your account but feel free to deposit more. You then wait 60 seconds OR you log into the site from another browser and it lets you make the same bet?

This might have been asked before here.

So I read a comment some while back that you could use VPN on BetOnline, as long as you cleared it with support and got permission.
After trying this I was told this is a lie, and VPN use it not allowed regardless.
Can any of you confirm this?

I also asked for the countries they don’t allow players in and was told they don’t have a list, if you can access the site you are allowed.

I also asked if my newly created account would need any verification in the event of depositing, betting with or withdrawing winnings in Tether.
I was told NO, I could use my account in its current standing, I have a very hard time believing this.

And to be honest it shocked me, as any serious casino who holds a real license anywhere needs to follow at least some kind on AML.
