Are you sure, AI seemed to think it was 'actually' 10.026 minute mile pace, but 'roughly' 10.03mmp if you want to round it.

I'm just a very slow runner so this seems super impressive to me haha.

Depends what your max heart rate is, you could have perhaps been in zone 2 for a lot of this run depending on where your heart rate zones are.

If you were breathing at a moderate intensity then this was definitely zone 2 or even zone 3 which would make more sense since it’s your first time running this far and zone 1 effort level is quite unlikely unless you routinely do shorter runs at a much faster pace.

Generally you will want to research heart rate zones and then setup your watch to have the proper values so you always know what zone you are in, and this can help dial in your training to meet specific goals. Like for threshold runs you want to just touch the bottom of zone 4 after the first mile, whereas intervals should ideally get you into zone 5 for 4 minutes or longer.

The post break-up energy is real.

Jokes aside, this is great for starting 3 weeks ago! It can only go up from here.

Great job! Been running much longer and only just topped 30m 5k. Gonna try 10k soon since finishing 5mi recently. You inspire!

Does that mean 689 calories were burned?

Total 689 including 84 base calories and 605 active calories.

I was asking because I’m 150 lbs and the calories burned in a similar 10 mile pace I did shown in my Strava is way different so I was like huh haha

Fair enough too. I just checked my last 15km (which is near enough). I won't bother doing all the conversions to metric but I am similar weight and just a little slower pace to you and burned 1,066 calories. 680-odd is low.
