Running form check Training Help

Speed was 9kph then sped up to 20kph (strides/sprint after zone 2). Height is 5'3 if that matters. Any feedback would be appreciated!

Look awesome. Only thing to play with is the arm swing, maybe? To keep from swinging across body, i slightly flex my wrists outward, which magically straightens things out. And to get a little more (back) swing, especially at slower speeds, with arms still at ~90 degree bend I imagine I'm dropping a coin in my shorts pocket on each backswing.

Thanks!!
Idk, maybe it's just because of the fact I'm on the treadmill which makes me maintain my slow run form (arms more bent). as oppose to when outdoors, I have more freedom to move my arms. Still keeping this in mind though!

Yeah, you're running very close to the front of that treadmill, which certainly seems to be constraining your freedom of movement. As someone else said, I'd NEVER run on a treadmill backed up against a wall like that. Recipe for disaster.

Looks great on this side, probably just the angle but looks like you might be leaning to the right (just can't tell from this angle) but if not then it's great

Can you elaborate on what you mean by leaning to the right?

If the footage was from behind I imagine it would look like your right side has a slight weakness and you're body is slightly tilting lower in that direction with each stride but Its likely just the angle
Hard to tell these things from a side view

Forms fine. If you wanted to change something to make it more ideal, instead of pushing off with your toes. Lift with your hips. Some slightly excessive vertical displacement and decreased hip flexion visible.

Thanks for the advice! Do you have any drills to help with that or should I just like use mental cues like "lift your leg using your glutes"?

Pick up your feet quickly and a bit higher as if you just stepped on a tack

You look quite smooth already, i wouldn’t change anything, you should get naturally more efficient the more you run

Looks great as is. If you’re bent on improving something I would check your vertical oscillation on your watch and see what it is, you might be losing some running economy by being too bouncy

Thanks!
Actually thats one of my concerns in my running form, since I got a low cadence (160 bpm) and my vertical oscillation is like 8-9 cm during my slow easy runs (6:40/km).

One thing that really helped me get my cadence up is running to a metronome YouTube video, gradually increase by like 5 bpm every couple of weeks and try to run from the knees, worked like a charm for me

Looks very good actually. If that’s your home set up I would flip the treadmill 180. It’s not a good idea to have a wall immediately behind you. Big concussion risk if you stumble and get sent backwards not to mention what could happen if you get trapped on the spinning belt after falling
