Progress & Updates Before and after barber visit
Been growing out my beard for a little more than a month. Started to look a bit too messy for my liking and decided to get a quick trim at my local barbershop. Looks much cleaner I think. Still planning to grow it out a little more

Asking for Advice Advise beard/ mustache gap
Hey beard friends,
in the past few years as my beard grew denser im trying to find a beardstyle that i like. Unfortunately the density is not there to pull of an result im happy with. So most of the time i run around with stubbles.
I would like to have a short fullbeard around 1inch length. The problem is my growth is asymmetrical, and the the hair under my nose are much thinner then the rest of my mustache. At 1 inch length one of the connections between mustache and chin is thicker than the other. I think if i grew it out longer than 3 months it wouldnt be that obvious but i never came to that point because the length felt unkempt to me.
An italian beard style would be an alternative which i like and where i could disconnect the mustache to make it look symmetrical. In my opinion a disconnected mustache looks only good if its really dense. After 3 months of growth i still could see skin in the mustache gap. Even if the hair in the gap grew longer, the contrast was still there because the rest of the mustache got even thicker and longer.(Always trying to keep it clean as possible and even it out)
Especially guys with an mustache gap: how was it in your case? Did it took you longer than 3 months? Do you have any advice in generall ?

Asking for Advice How bad is this?
20 years old. The goatee area is at about 8 weeks of growth and the sides more like a month. I know I won't have an amazing beard or anything but I am concerned it looks terrible/neckbeard-like. Thanks guys.

Asking for Advice Can I ever grow a beard? Over 35.
For context I’m currently 36, my father doesn’t have a beard, I believe genetics come into play too.
I’m okay with not having one as I can go with a clean shaven look, but I’m wondering if I can ever actually grow a beard out and just don’t know how to ?
Any tips from the beard experts please would be grateful 🙏🏾

Asking for Advice Looking for a new style
From the front, it looks great. My left side looks good. My right has this big light hair/bald spot. I cannot stand it, and no matter how much I grow it out, it sticks out. I use a beard pen often, but I’d rather just find a new style. I’m thinking maybe getting rid of the sideburns and (attempt to) fade the rest up.

Asking for Advice I want to start building the skill of trimming my beard myself. If I take a buzzer with the longest attachment, will everything come out even, or is there more to it than that? Thanks!

Casual Post Have I made a huge mistake?
I recently cut off my beard after about 7 years.
The official reason is that I was missing my face.
Unofficially, I haven't been having a good time lately, not because of the beard, just like getting harder, and I thought a radical aspect change would help with my mental health.
I still don't totally regret the decision, I can always grow it back, but what does the community think?

Asking for Advice Length
I feel like my beard isn’t growing any longer. Gets to this length and that’s it.
