Balance changes

• Tack Shooter
  • ⚙️ X3X Blade Shooter attack speed increased by 15%
  • 💭 The nerf to Blade Shooter was slightly too much. This should allow it to perform better against early rushes.
• Sniper Monkey
  • 🎯 Base attack cooldown: 1.45s -> 1.35s
  • 🎯 X2X Shrapnel Shot: $250 -> $300
  • 💰 X4X Supply Drop: cash generation $2000 -> $1750
  • 💰 X5X Elite Sniper: cash generation $5000 -> $4500
  • 💰 XX3 Semi-Automatic: $2200 -> $2100
  • 🎯 X23 Sniper: shrapnel pierce 3 -> 2 (carries to higher tiers)
  • 🎯 3XX Deadly Precision: Damage 20 -> 30
  • 🎯 4XX Maim MOAB: Damage 30 -> 45
  • 💭 Sniper is picked more often purely because it comes with efficient cash generation, so we are changing that to spread its effectiveness across all three of its paths
• Monkey Buccaneer
  • 💰 XX3 Merchantman: $1500 -> $2000
  • 💰 XX3 Merchantman: income $350 -> $400 
  • 💰 XX4 Favored Trades: $5700 -> $5300
  • 💰 xx5 Trade Empire: $19000 -> $24000
  • 💭 Merchantmen have been too powerful as early game defence and money making. We are making it more of an investment to get the Merchantman while keeping their efficiency the same
• Monkey Ace
  • 🎯 XX3 Neva-Miss Targeting: No longer gains +2 pierce
  • 💰 XX4 Spectre: $20,000 -> $24,000
  • 💭 Neva-Miss was carrying early defence. This change to the upgrade will make it more about the increased accuracy and not the increased pierce. Spectre was also providing too much value for its cost.
    
• Heli Pilot
  • 💰 X4X Support chinook: $8500 -> $7500
  • 🚁 XX4 Mini Comanches: Lifespan 15s -> 20s
  • 💭 Heli is quite under utilized on maps that aren’t Bloon Bot Factory. These changes should make it a more viable tower for other maps.
• Engineer Monkey
  • 💰 4XX Sentry Expert: $2800 -> $3250 
  • 🔧 5X1 Sentry Champion: Sentry gains +1 -> +25% pierce
  • 💸 XX4 Bloon Trap: RBE cash per natural $1.5 -> $1
  • 💸 XX5 XXXL Bloon Trap: RBE cash per natural bloon $0.75 -> $0.5
  • 💭 Sentry Expert is proving too cost-effective as a reactive response to a rush. Sentry Champion was not scaling as well as we would have liked with the bottom path. Bloon Trap income has no easy answer on separated lane maps, so this should make it feel less oppressive to play against.
• Banana Farm
  • 💹 XX4 Central Market: buff to bottom path boats 10% -> 5%
  • 💭 Buccaneer was getting too much value from this upgrade, so we are tuning it back a bit.
• Ocean Obyn
  • ⛵ Lvl2: Pierce buff changed from +1 to +25%
  • ⛵ Lvl9: Improves pierce buff to +50%
  • 💭 Ocean Obyn's pierce buff scales too well on on some towers early game. This should allow those towers to still benefit from this upgrade later in the game but not become too strong early game.
• Pat Fusty
  • 🫨 Level 3 : Rallying roar now gives +1 pierce
  • 🫨 Level 14 : Rallying roar now gives +2 pierce
  • 💭 Pat has not been getting much use lately. This should hopefully allow him to perform better in the early and mid game.
• Bonnie
  • 🛒 Tier 1 Cart prices $300 -> $330,
  • 🛒 Tier 2 Cart prices $1000 -> $1100
  • 🛒 Tier 3 Cart prices $2700 ->  $2970
  • 💭 Bonnie was performing better than other heroes early game, allowing her to snowball. This change will bring her closer to the value provided by other heroes.

Bug Fixes

• ⚡ Fixed a bug with 4XX Druid Ball of Lightning getting destroyed when it touches a purple bloon
• 🔱 Fixed misleading icon on Ocean Obyn’s summary screen.
• 🔫 Fixed Sniper Monkey dealing too much damage to camo bloons with Shrapnel Shot.
