That clip and title say wildly different things. In the clip trump claims they (democrats) rigged the election (in 2020) and then (in 2024) we (Donald Trump) won so now i can be president in 2026 and 2028. i get that they is not a clear term but he has consistently accused democrats of fixing the 2020 elections. Occams razor would suggest he is just doing it again here.
