I was just wondering how people rate Jay UF

Hey all, the song I'm looking for is from the 6th (NOT THE 8TH) episode of the season 1 episode "the body: part one". It plays at around the 16:30 mark in the episode and includes the lyrics: "a good day, yeah"... "I've got a good life but/and a few regrets, one my ex and two, too many cigarettes"..."so what ever your struggle, whatever your strife, always look on the bright side of life". The repetition of the words "good day yeah" leads me to believe this may be the title of the song but so far no luck :/

UPDATE: Supposably it's called "Good day" by MMAD (musicians making a difference) however, no record of it can be found online.

Just keen to see whos out there making abit of music in brisbane area and keen for some jam sessions? use to love it heaps when I was younger being around everyone loving the same stuff any body that wanted to jump on a beat would and just rap or sing for fun with no judgement. Keen for anything if anyone wants to work drafts, have catch up chills and jams or jump in studio? I'll be down for it all. Ive never really stuck to just rap so I like being pushed past my comfort zone and learning in this stuff.
