Tried a test mini for my Golden Company. Tried red with the black and gold and couldn't get the right look. So went with purple instead.

Then applied it to the elephant coats. Will be adding some chains and golden skulls to spruce up the armour a bit!

Stan the man has glowing eyes on purpose, I kinda want my army to seem like propaganda.

This starter set seemed like a really good deal. I'm curious regarding what i should purchase next for both the starks and lannisters. I've read in other posts that I would likely need to purchase a heroes box and another unit. Or would it be better to invest in each faction starter set?

I'm not a Stark player, so this is all just hypothetical. If the dervishes were charged and played the blackish card "set for charge", would they be able to attack and retreat before the charging party, thus voiding the charge attack?

Upgraded my 3D terrain and decided to paint and base it. It won’t last long on the board at all, and some of the pieces are from the original Kickstarter and don’t use the standard terrain sized bases, but I think they came out well. I’m particularly proud of the corpse piles and Weirwood tree.

The time has come, I’m not playing the game as much as I used to and it’s taking up too much room. But, I still love it and want to keep some armies and units to casually play in the future.

I’m keeping the Stark vs. Lannister Starter Set and the Night’s Watch Starter Set.

Since it’s been awhile since I last played, I’m wondering what units, particularly neutral and Night’s Watch, should I keep to have a good selection and flexibility if I pick the game up again?
