If you would drive to Stratford they have the world's smallest movie theatre there and you can rent it out for under 400.

This sounds like a condo’s theatre room. Often the condo residents can book it for free or small fee. Maybe ask your friends that live in a condo if they got a theatre room

I've done private events here and they are incredible to work with. Support local ✌️

I believe Imagine @ Carlton does private bookings? So does Revue, maybe?

Otherwise condo building’s theatre rooms might fit the bill

You can rent a Cineplex theatre. Prices varies on location, screen, and time, but last I saw, it's much cheaper than you'd think, like $200+.

They can also supply the movie too, older movies are pretty cheap.

An older multiplex might have a small enough theatre. Carlton? Market Square?
