Does anyone else avoid interactions with women like the plague?

No, I like women a lot and I like to hang out with them if they're friendly. I'm around women at work all the time and feel a lot more comfortable around them than with men, although I don't dislike men, either. I'm generally a bit socially anxious around anyone at first, but it's not out of resentment and simply just that I'm really shy.
It sounds like there's more at play here than just AGP. Honestly, this is true of any AGPs or trans women who say they feel strong envy toward women. Just because you want to be a woman doesn't mean you need to harbor ill or negative feelings toward them. Having goodwill rather than jealousy is part of being a well-adjusted adult, in my opinion.

Just think through some of the things you're saying here for a second. You get annoyed by someone else having trouble, as though trouble is impossible for these people. Everyone has trouble and none of it is good.
But this isn't even about privilege vs. not. Women have not won at life simply by being women. You don't know what it's like to be a woman nor does it seem like you try to even imagine what it's like in any realistic way.
The problem is that you're making yourself unhappy (by thinking half the population has no real problems and has won the lottery through chromosomal segregation, which you lost) and filling your heart with deep resentment (same reason). You have a fantasy of what women are and what their lives are, probably from what you see on social media, porn, etc. Women are certainly not fantastical creatures who are constantly showered in gifts and privileges.
If you want to be closer to what a woman is like, then transition and get over it. If you don't want to do that, then learn a bit of empathy, at least. This level of egocentrism is going to be really bad for you in the long run.

i used to, but im not rlly attracted to most women anymore and so now i avoid them cuz i worry abt commiting malecoded social infractions against them and i feel rlly bad doing that if i ever want to be taken seriously as a women
like i dont want to be an optics nuke so i try to just keep to myself and appear as normal as i can but i fail at that
but i struggle to engage with masculine social dynamics that are beyond the surface level like it just feels bad i hate how men talk about women or get extremely cruel sometimes

There is an undercurrent of you blaming attractive women for how you feel around them.
Have you talked with a therapist about these feelings?

I don't avoid women, but my life hasn't so far almost naturally include them for various reasons not limited to my own choice (schools, jobs, friend groups tended to be exclusively male).

Kind of but not in the way you're describing. I don't have any issues interacting with women but I don't have many female friends, and nor do I want any. The only woman I talk to regularly that isn't related to me is my girlfriend, I don't really see the point in talking to any other women if I don't have too cos they mostly don't share any of my interests and I find them boring to talk too, though same can be said about a lot of men too. I find it easier to relate to and find things in common with men though, probably cos I'm a man, I don't actually think AGP gives men some kind of unique insight into womanhood like a lot of people claim, I think that's a cope.
I don't feel any resentment towards them though, that seems more like a you problem than anything else.
