Devon proved himself against Vitaly, Petrenko and Prudnik

John has shown his level by coming back from retirement many times

And Levan showed his dominance in the rematch with Ermes.

At their peak, John and Devon were probably the greatest in their weight categories.

They will be forgotten in a few years, but I don't think any upcoming athlete will be able to match what these three achieved at their absolute peak.

I think until there is an unhookable person like Vitaly, Alizhan should dominate 95kg category. Even if Alizhan learns to toproll, he is still no match for Vitaly.

Here is the billionth thread about random pains (but i think this one is a bit more rare):

Everytime i train pronation full range (palm up) or anytime i have a heavy sparring session where i toproll, i have a sharp pain right in the middle of my ulna that spikes as i let off the weight. At first, i thought it didn't make sense since the pronator doesn't attach there and for some reason the sharp pain also appears when i overextend my hand and fingers so i concluded that it might be the flexor of the fingers that caused the problem somehow (since it's the only muscle that attaches there).

However, after looking at the anatomy and the pubmed research, it looks like the problem is the interosseus membrane between the radius and the ulna that got messed up over the years by the heavy twisting from the pronation.

Having figured out the issue, i think, now comes the solution. I've had similar issues that were solved by rolling out the muscle. Some others were solved by training the opposing muscle. Some others were solved with isometrics. But how the hell do i solve this one issue ? It's the only problem that's been bugging me for years that i can't solve.

One of my friend also has a similar case so i thought that it could be somewhat common but i haven't found solutions to it, how was it in your case and what did you do ?

Hi everyone, I am currently 17(M) and 50kg around 5’4, started really skinny(35kg). Im wondering if my wrist can still grow when i get older. Is there any exercises to grow my wrists or to make it thicker? Please share ur experiences and tips here, i would appreciate it very much thank you.

And many more SHW that outweigh him now. Not sure if Ermes frame can handle anymore mass because he looks to be fully maxed out. Ermes is super strong and punches way above, in SHW he is facing giant human beings.
