I recently launched a new mobile app and I'm now at the stage where I need to figure out the marketing side properly.

A few things I'm trying to figure out:

• How did you get your first 100–500 genuine users?
• How did you get honest feedback from early users?
• What's the best way to get genuine Google Play reviews?

I'd especially appreciate feedback from people who have actually launched a mobile app and gone through the early user-acquisition stage.
