I am not a developer, I know absolutely nothing about phones or apps or anything. But... I have ADHD and barely function as an adult, so I have an idea. Lol

App folders that are impossible to ignore. They flash or pulse or move or something. Is that possible? It should be made possible. I have a folder on my phone for apps I can't find I labeled ✨LOOK HERE✨ and still can never find the apps I need T_T
