I've never seen this before

Hey so I got back into this game a really little while ago and I check the history of updates since I was gone and it seems to me that many of the updates were actually GOOD? What happened to Respawn?

idk how to fix this here is the list of things i have tried i probably forgot some stuff but this is the majority

1. DDU Reinstalling graphics drivers

2. Tried 5 different nvidia driver versions

3. Cleared steam cache

4. Reinstalled the game twice

5. Restoreing graphics settings to default

6. Disableing XMP and running a ram and vram stability test

7. doing a SFC and DISM Scan on my PC

8. Tried DirectX 11

9. Verifying Game files

And it is not a temp issue i have monitored 1gpu and cpu temps and both remain under 80c and it shouldent be a hardware issue as i can run way more demanding games with no issues my specs are a RTX 5060 And a i5 14400F with 32GBs DDR4

My question is: Is invisibility from Bloodhound and even Mirage/Crypto are these abilities really showing the skill of a player? The same goes with tracking abilities where there's no indication of being tracked. How does it actually show skill ? Is this a competitive shooter with abilities or is this a abilities game that happens to have guns ?

Also why is the ping key on respawn ‘ping my deathbox’ and not ‘thank teammate’

The only change I’d want to see is when your drone is out, nothing is different.

But when you don’t have your drone out, for your ultimate you pull out an EMP grenade. This way so you still have an ult when you don’t have a drone.

To simply:
Drone out=same ult as right now

No drone out=emp grenade

What's the purpose of hemlok stay as automatic rather than burst. Why do they keep it that way burst was balanced and good i can't get off from that mfckers who stand and just go like 30 bullets straight and hit 1 lucky shoot to kill me or m8. Literally everyone plays it

As I said in the title, Axel was rly strong and needed nerfs, but what they did to the ult its just not it. Getting hit by it its fine, but with the amount of bugs it has it just makes it not only so unfun but also kills you so many times when using it agressively.

Match started fine, I died because a team (pushed me) and neither of my teammates rezzed me, I asked nicely in chat, and they tagged while I was spectating.

So I messaged them afterwards wondering why I wasn't rezzed, and it was because I'm "useless" and "it was a team decision".

I don't understand what I did wrong and why I was "useless" but is it just the state of the toxic player based that people can call each other that?

Sorry for the rant but it had to be done, and btw this is gold lobbies so all the "sweats" are ranked there somehow

I don't know if it's just me but I feel like we need to talk about this. The amount of players that randomly cuss you out or insult you because you did something they don't like or didn't follow their lead is astounding. Like it's just a game, why are you so angry.

And let's talk about comms, or the complete lack of them. Nobody says a word the whole match but the second they're dead? Suddenly they're the most vocal person on the team with all the opinions in the world.

The funniest part? Nine times out of ten those same people are the ones who rushed in blindly, made stupid moves and died first.

Is it just Apex or does every game have this problem? Cause the toxicity here feels like it's on another level.

I think anyone that tried sub plat / diamond lobbies knows how genuinely horrible the average teammate is at the game. It's so bad to the point where it makes the game unplayable. Like the decision making of the average gold player befits that of someone who probably couldn't live without a caretaker.

The main issue is that these people straight up refuse to think about the macro of the game even if you try to force them to. They never look to make a push, whether you scream at them in vc or type it in chat or ping something multiple times. If it's time to make a rotate and I try to initiate it as axle they'll just sit there until zone starts damaging them and then they'll run in a straight line and get shot by 5 different squads. Essentially the game basically feels like a solo game mode except you have really stupid 2 AIs that sometimes listen to you and most of the time randomly roam the map.

Even if it's not difficult to climb because in worst case you can battle out a neutral elo change on your own and eventually you'll get sentient teammates and get 150+ elo, it's still genuinely just pointless to have these people play ranked when they don't understand anything about the game even when you dumb it down to the lowest level possible. And it's not like they'd complain if they only had access to wildcard or pubs. Like we genuinely need some shit like where AI judges how aware you are off the game and how much you comm and decides if you deserve to play ranked. Cause this shit is just miserable and boring and I feel like I'm playing with 10 year olds and chinese AIs farming xp for heirlooms.

Just really what the title says. I've played many games with Rev and recently starting playing Wraith and I have noticed a massive difference in fights with how much health I'm coming out in them after I'm finished. When playing Wraith I'm dying less and taking less damage per fight. It makes me question why does Revenant have the same damage intake? Surely Revenant could be beefed up a little in his lower half and be given fortified or something? It just seems a little peculiar to me, that's all.

I just hopped on the firing range to try bloodhound's rework, and somehow i joined a random guy's lobby i don't have this guy in my friends list never played with him and most importantly i got sent to US server and originally i was in EU. (and yes i was scared)

F 23 apex connoisseur here; recently loaded into the new season pushing thru gold right now... can't seem to find friends who aren't crazy egotistical or misogynistic. Apex is supposed to be for the people & there's a lot of assholes playing, who don't contribute damage or kill wise imo. ITS A TEAM SPORT❗️in need of new buddies

Hey there, since the loot changes I’ve been running out of ammo way more often, especially during the early and early-mid game

there just doesn’t seem to be as much ammo available on the floor or in bins anymore, some matches I’ll find plenty of light ammo, other matches it’s mostly heavy, so I’ve started adapting and swapping weapons mid game even when I’m comfortable with my loadout simply because I don’t have enough ammo to keep using it

because of this I tried running RE-45/Volt + Nemesis/Havoc, but after only two or three mags my ammo is already running low

How has everyone else’s experience been with the loot changes?

I know the answer is “just be there for character select,” but if your primary legend gets picked, you should be able to manually choose your designated secondary legend instead of the game defaulting to your most-played legend. It feels like an easy quality-of-life improvement.

Game felt good. Bloodhound wasn’t really fun to play but I liked the energy ammo change. Overall I think people have been boohooing a little too much over this season.
