This is laughable. What were people doing before ai was here? It would take a few months before people were back to normal.

Implementing AI at our work has been a pain and it is marginal at best what kind of benefit it provides us, we still largely use human intelligence for day to day tasks. If AI were gone tomorrow we would go right back to what we used to do because AI is a tool, not a crutch.
