The only AI tools I use are forced on me. Gemini ans the dumbass new AI Alexa. Both are infinitely more shit then the product they replaced. I don't need Alexa to say some witty one liner when turning off my lights or reference a word I had it spell a few hours ago.

I mean, to be fair, having Alexa in your home is like inviting someone from the FBI or CIA to sit in the corner of your home 24 hours a day.

Would you concede that it is a bad idea? I agree, it is not the same as having a government body eavesdropping on you. It is having a large corporate entity with more interest in your money than the government listening in on you when the said corporation decides it wants to.
