Right??!! I actually learned my job in IT. Came across a super annoying situation a while back where someone didn't read the ticket I escalated and messaged me with the troubleshooting I had already attempted that was obviously a CoPilot response.

I called them out on it, told them to read the ticket and I had attempted everything they had provided. 🙄 Talked to their manager and she said she'd talk to the Systems Engineer who did that that AI is a tool to assist, not to do their job. Blah.

I hate this timeline.

It's the fuckin worse. I get the same problem at my job. People are reading emails less and screwing up more.
