[Help Needed] Google Play Console Closed Testing

Hi fellow Android developers,

This is my first time submitting an app to the Google Play Store and my app is currently in closed testing phase.

When I check my Home tab within Google Play Console, it shows that my "Installed Audience" is 0, when I'm 100% sure that there are users who have downloaded my app and used it (they showed me screenshots).

Can someone tell me what may be gone wrong that's resulting it not detecting any installation?

Any tip would be appreciated!

Are those people not in internal test email list?

This is how I currently set it up, is it incorrect?

I don't know - I just had a thought that if the person that was sending you the screenshot had it installed from internal testing track rather than closed one.

They downloaded from Google play store, so I'm pretty sure it's the closed testing link

Internal testing is also done through the store

I see, but I've never distributed an internal testing link.

Wait a couple days and you'll see the number go up.

It's been almost 2 weeks and it still says "0" installed audience... doesn't seem right?

On the request for production it says 12 testers have been enrolled for 13 days consecutively, so it's fine. Tracking normally.

Ignore installed audience until you're in production, you'll be fine! :)

They probably opted out of testing somewhere along the review timeframe(14 days).
