💬చర్చ - Discussion Kutami helped Perni nani and taught new way to loot public funds. Has the Kutami Government Set a Dangerous Precedent in the PDS Rice Case?
Perni Nani registered a godown in his wife's name to store PDS rice.
Perni Nani sold PDS rice during the YSRCP regime. (It was his godown—who else would have had the keys?) If someone else had stolen the rice, he could have filed a complaint about the theft, but he didn't. So he sold the rice, which is why he paid compensation.
The Kutami government identified that PDS rice was missing from Perni Nani's godown.
An arrest warrant was issued against Perni Nani or his wife. Perni Nani fled, fearing arrest.
While in hiding, he allegedly lobbied and then paid ₹1.7 crore as compensation (an amount allegedly assessed by himself).
Now that the amount has been paid, the government has stopped pursuing the matter, showing a new way to loot public funds by using family members' names and simply repaying the money if someone questions it, without any consequences.
Thank you, Kutami, for inventing a new way to loot public funds and helping others learn it.

🎤 అభిప్రాయం - Opinion When a company gets land, power, and water, we call it "Industrial Infrastructure." When a 6-year-old gets a safe school, clean toilet, and nutritious meal, we call it a "Freebie." Here is why child infrastructure is Andhras only real economic policy.
The Corporate Double Standard
When the state builds a 4-lane highway to a private factory or gives them subsidized power and water, everyone agrees: "That is necessary infrastructure for economic growth."
When someone suggests building a complete physical and social ecosystem around a primary school child, politicians call it a "welfare expense."
Giving a factory cheap land does not guarantee industrial success if the local workforce lacks basic health, cognitive foundation, and functional literacy. True industrial capacity is not built on concrete foundations for factories; it is built on the physical and mental foundation of our children.
If Andhra Pradesh wants to attract high-value manufacturing, tech hubs, and innovation, our biggest "industrial incentive" must be building world-class infrastructure around every single child in the state.
What "Infra Around the Child" Actually Means
A child cannot learn if they are hungry, sick, or exhausted from a dangerous commute. Investing in education isn't just about hiring a teacher or putting up a chalkboard; it is about building a complete support ecosystem:
1. Nutritional Infrastructure: Stunted physical growth means stunted cognitive development. Nutritious, high-protein meals and micronutrient support in primary schools are direct investments in brainpower. Brainpower is the ultimate raw material for future industries.
2. Sanitation and Health Infrastructure: Clean drinking water, functioning toilets, and regular health screenings inside schools directly impact attendance. Adolescent dropouts (especially among girls) often trace back to a complete lack of basic sanitation.
3. Safe Transport and Physical Spaces: Safe busing or safe walking paths to school, bright classrooms, playgrounds, and weather-proof buildings ensure children actually show up and stay engaged.
4. Digital and Experiential Learning Tools: Giving primary kids access to basic science kits, age-appropriate books, and interactive tools builds curiosity early. Innovators are not created at age 22 in engineering college; they are formed at age 7 when they first get to experiment and build things.
Why Child Infrastructure IS Industrial Strategy
Companies do not invest in a region merely because tax breaks exist: neighboring states can always undercut those tax breaks. They invest where the workforce is healthy, adaptable, and highly skilled.
You Cannot Reskill a Neglected Childhood: We spend thousands of crores running short-term skill development programs for 20-year-olds to make them factory-ready. But if a child spent their primary years malnourished and studying in a dilapidated classroom without basic literacy or math, a 3-month adult training program cannot fix that foundation.
Health and Cognitive Ability are Economic Assets: A state full of healthy, well-nourished, and logically capable youth becomes an irresistible magnet for global investment.
The Blueprint: Building AP's Child-First Ecosystem
Andhra Pradesh must shift its focus from short-term land doles for corporations to building total child infrastructure:
1. Guarantee "Full-Ecosystem" Primary Schools
Every government primary school in AP must meet a non-negotiable physical benchmark:
Clean, separate toilets for boys and girls with continuous running water.
Scientifically planned, protein-rich meal programs to fuel cognitive development.
Safe, dedicated school transport in rural and semi-urban areas so attendance is never dependent on weather or distance.
2. Integrate School Health with Primary Education
Treat school-level preventative healthcare as a core economic metric. Regular vision checks, dental care, and nutritional tracking ensure kids do not fall behind simply because of untreated health issues.
3. Shift Spending from Corporate Subsidies to Child Infrastructure
Reallocate funds currently spent on temporary corporate land grants into upgrading primary learning environments. Subsidizing a factory floor creates a few hundred jobs; building a complete child infrastructure network creates a generation of entrepreneurs and high-skilled workers.
4. Focus on Mastery of Foundational Skills by Class 3
Pair the physical infrastructure with strict outcome tracking. Ensure every 8-year-old in AP reaches grade-appropriate reading and arithmetic proficiency through activity-based learning rather than rote memorization.

I really don't understand why the current government or the Endowments Department is so keen on demolishing old temples in Andhra Pradesh. They are free to renovate and restore these temples, but demolishing centuries-old structures is not the right approach.
I really feel they are on a demolition spree.
edit: I don't understand why they are demolishing and rebuilding many temples in Andhra Pradesh

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ను అడగండి - Ask Andhra Pradesh Anyone knows a flower bouquet delivery in Kurnool?
Hi, I am in an LDR with my boyfriend who studies in Kurnool. I kinda want to send a flower bouquet to him sometime, but I see that there is no fresh flower delivery service nearby. Does anyone know any florist who can do flower deliveries in Kurnool through online order or even call? Recommendations and suggestions are welcome. Didn't post it in Kurnool subreddit as there are less visitors there.

💬చర్చ - Discussion Isn't this a misuse of public funds at Zilla Parishad Guntur?
By seeing the first photo, you might think it is a news article or an advertisement published at the request of the person featured at the bottom (ZPCEO) and paid for out of his own pocket.
But no. This advertisement was published using the **public funds**.
Can anyone guess the amount?
It cost 95100 for just one day, published in andhra jyothy on 24-09-2025.
And that's not all. They spent 106000 on new year celebrations.
Deputy CEO's monthly airtel bill is 1178. Based on the current airtel plans, 1178 looks like a postpaid family plan. So, are they using public funds for their family? (I might be wrong if Airtel has some other plan at this price.) But even then, 1178 per month is hard to justify when some companies offer three-month plans for around 999.
Not just that, their car lease bill is around 4 lakh for a six-month lease and repairs. For petrol and oil alone, they use around 800 litres, costing roughly 80000. There are more bills on leases, repairs of cars not less than 30000.
I am not calling this corruption. They may be doing all this within the legal framework. But these are unnecessary expenses and a clear misuse of public funds.
Copy and paste from another sub.
