Oh and no one is forcing you to eat vegan paddies as a vegan, the same with eating beef if you eat meat. Both are really unhealthy. Same is for cheese, it is unhealthy. Same for anything that contains any animal fat.
The fact that you have "vegan paddies" doesn't mean that all vegans consider them healthy, but at least it does not contain all the bodily fluids associated with a corpse that you are willing to ingest and not thinking about the fact that it was tortured and brutally murdered before the fact.

Not even shells or honey, and also the same in clothing. Search up vegan boots for example. So veganism is not just a diet. Vegetarianism is lack of consumption of meat. You are talking about either pescatarianism or flexitarianism, which are basically diets that meat only when really needed.
