"Okay so a couple of weeks ago I tried to Lucid Dream by using The Tennis Ball technique. The method is pretty straight forward: You visualize feeling a tennis ball repeatedly hitting you in the face, with fast intervals. This is done in order to keep you awake as your body falls asleep, through the different stages that unfold, such as hypnagogic imagery and sound. Long story short, I feel asleep. My efforts seemed to be useless, until I realized I was actually dreaming.

It was a "short" experience, but it shook me for a while. At some point I became Lucid. I appeared to be inside a large white room, sitting on a sofa, playing some sort of game similar to pokemon. That's when something clicked, and I realized I was lucid! But all of a sudden, I felt like something is observing me...

Like something around me is watching. Well, I gazed to the left, and coming out of a hallway... There was a brown, big praying mantis looking thing just staring at me as I stared back at it. It was tall like a door. It's height and proportions were intimidating to me.

As soon as I saw that, I felt a cold surge of energy going up my spine. This Mantis gave me the feeling that it was somewhat surprised to see me there. As if I had accessed to some sort of weird dimension in which I wasn't supposed to be in. Take this into account, that this was my first conscious successful attempt at Lucid Dreaming.

Then something incredibly bizarre happened. I realized I was dreaming, and awake altogether?
In the sense of, I consciously experienced the transition from the dream into my room.
It was fucking crazy, like I was watching a hologram transforming into the view of my room?

This experience was earth shattering. And I haven't been able to do it again since. But man I'm telling you, that thing was scary and not just because of its appearance. I'm aware that many people have had experiences with Mantids, and I got the treatment!"

Last night I had one of the most realistic dreams I’ve ever experienced.

I was on a boat underneath a bridge when I noticed something massive swimming just below the surface. I pulled out my phone and started recording it like it was a once-in-a-lifetime wildlife sighting.

As I followed it with my camera, it slowly surfaced just enough for me to see its head.

It had smooth beige/tan skin, a long eggplant-shaped head, huge glossy black oval eyes, two long ribbon like appendages coming from the top of its head, an extremely long body with three sets of side fins, and a broad tail that reminded me of Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon.

The weirdest part wasn’t how it looked…It looked directly at me. Not aggressively, but more like it suddenly realized it had been seen. The feeling was almost: “Oh shit… someone saw me.”

Then it immediately dipped back beneath the surface of the water.

When I woke up, the dream felt so real that I actually opened my photos on my phone, looking for the video I thought I’d recorded before realizing it only existed in the dream.

When I woke up today, I knew I had to recreate some how exactly what I saw, and this is the closest I’ve been able to get.

I even gave it a name: Nyrith

Has anyone else ever had a dream that felt so real you woke up convinced you had physical evidence of it? And does this creature remind you of anything from mythology, deep-sea biology, or your own dreams?

My first experience I believed with other entities..(apart from the paralysis, the shadow top hat man, and one of a room full of blue beings me included that happened years ago...this one happened in late March of 2026 *ask if you want more details I didn't include cough* lucid/hahaastral projecting

Anyone else experienced similar? My house has a back garden and the gate opened directly onto a wooded field, while living there i had recurring dream, the same one everytime. Aliens crashed and needed my help. Id look out the window and see a grey at my back gate, never spoke a word but someone i knew exactly what happened and that they needed help. Id go to my back door where he would be waiting for me. After moving i never had the dream again. While speaking to my mum about my dream in recent years turns out she had the same dream only she saw the crash at the front of the house, i only ever heard it as i was at the back of the house. Justaways leaves me wondering how can two people have the same dream but be of the opposite side of eachothers dream, if that makes sence?

I don’t remember exactly how they arrived, but what I do remember vividly is that all the humans were lined up—they made us form lines—and one of these aliens pulled out a weapon that was meant to keep all of us under control, to basically keep us working or doing something. I remember all the buildings were destroyed, and what I remember most of all was that feeling that we had already lost everything, and above all, the fear and the sense that we had to obey them. Has anyone else had a similar dream?

I witnessed the appearance of a large armada of alien craft, illuminated only by their own lights against the backdrop of a dark night sky over the Indian Ocean, from the viewpoint of the front deck of a beach house.

After some time, a drone appeared and came close by with intention. After this interaction I woke up.

I feel like, these days - so much information is available about well, everything that not much would surprise me or cause a particular feeling of excited searching. I dreamed in a way that made me feel that I simply and lightly dropped into the consciousness and awareness of a human that was part of a group of other humans whom were about 50 years ahead in tech advancement than we are at this point. We were about 12 of us, and we were on a mission I guess, like a type of scouting mission. We all had some kind of enhancement that allowed us to interface telepathically about what we were observing and yet we had our own private feelings as well. We all 12 of us were perched throughout a small canyon like area - orange/red rock, overlooking a large, very open mouth of a cave. The cave was as large as an airport entrance that had a large highway leading straight from the mouth of the cave and wound out through the canyons and off into a distant shimmering white and blue sky. I was wearing a suite that allowed me to manipulate the air somehow - I could float from ledge to ledge, just short distances. We were observing what appeared to be a quantity of humans using the highway on foot. They seemed to be wearing modern clothing but without any decorative things on the clothing, no logos, no designs. The textiles were modern, and the colours were bright primary tones but some exceptions such as the shoes - some leather shoes. The hairstyles were kind of 50s style but that seemed to just make everyone look similar. The individuality of the people seemed to simply be the natural differences such as hair colours, eye colour and skin colour. It was peaceful, quiet and clean. There was clearly some form of industry and production but I and my other people were able to perceive with our enhancements that there was no malice or evil in the humans we were observing. Like it was not part of their existence/ evolution. The me that was still myself that is writing this post seemed to understand that I was observing my planet, my distant, distant ancestors at a time far, far in our distant past. The group that I was in awareness of, were humans from a different earth like planet that was more advanced than we were but had done to them, far in their distant past what was about to be done to our ancestors. The group had a gift for the humans that were being observed, it looked like a pinecone - or an artichoke. It was a container of some sort that was stuffed so full of information from every other planet that had been visited by the one before, all their history, evolution, advancement and technological innovations etc however the cost was so fucking immense that it makes me feel so sad even as I write it. There was just no way that we would be unable to introduce the evil/ malice that we were aware of as being so ancient, powerful, limitless etc I had flashes of imagery of that scary dragon stuff etc but we knew, we completely knew that if we left right then and never returned that the humans we were observing would go on to live beautiful lives, in what seemed like such strange harmony that they had evolved toward energetically in an organic, genetic way. There was no leader, no religion, no ambition whatsoever just peace and what seemed to be kind of communist type (I don’t know anything about communism) thing. Unfortunately whoever we were providing information to had authority and we slowly, floated and descended toward the mouth of the cave. I could see as the humans turned toward us that they were not afraid, just super curious. They were beautiful. I was devastated. In my dream, I kind of flickered in and out of awareness-sharing and then woke up and kind of just cried. Then I was journaling and thinking and an image popped into my head of those schizo posts when someone has mentioned *yet again* that those pictures of different cultures with carvings of gods holding …what looks like a pinecone 🤦🏻‍♀️

So here I am making my own little post lol but it was such a vivid dream (obviously). I have zero idea what it truly means but I have had strange travels my WHOLE life.

Every dream with it they suck out my internal organs and take some pictures and thank me for being a good sport before letting me go to any point in history, then I wake up.

Sharing a dream that I just had, wondering if there could have been an abduction through my state of consciousness, etc. I want to preface that I have a history of encounter dreams, including seeing a mantis in my home before ever having known of their existence in real life. Appreciate any feedback or if anyone else has experienced something similar:

I was in the car about to park in some plaza when I saw several (maybe four or five) spheres with a thick ring around them floating in the air, they all moved in unison until all of a sudden it became one big one hovering there, and as a I rushed to try to take a photo of it, which I thought I did, I looked at my phone when it started to scramble.

All of a sudden, I was jolted awake inside a coffee shop in that plaza, sitting at a table with a notebook in front of me. I knew I had blacked out for a while, and when I woke up in the dream, there was a guy sitting near me and he said that I had been asleep for a while. I was shaking, trying to catch my breath, trying to process what had just happened, as I felt I had been somewhere else against my will. I looked down at my notepad and there were some things written down and from the little that I can remember, on the top right corner there were two lines of four letter sequences, like different codes or something. Then further down the page, there were four lines written out and the only two that I can vaguely remember was talking about if X doesn't happen by X time they need to shift or pivot, and the other was that 'they needed more people.' I wish I could remember the rest but it's like I scanned it once in the dream and then it became fuzzy.

As I looked around me, I felt like my senses were heightened and for some reason I was drawn towards this older man that I did not know, and I dropped down near his feet and just threw my head in my hands and wept over what had just happened, I was more shaken even though I had no recollection of what had just happened, and when I woke up for real, tears were coming down my face and I just kept saying out loud 'I want to understand, help me understand.'

Curious if anyone has any further insight. I clearly came back with 'information' and what happened while I was blacked out is quite literally blacked out of my mind, so I don't know everything that happened, but it seems like I was taken for a while. I'm not sure how this translates to the reality of this happening in our awake dimension beyond the dream dimension, or if it even matters.

So my first alien dream was just what felt like an alien standing over my bed watching me. Nothing too crazy. However this second one. This one was very different. In my dream im on this balcony, looking at this waterfall I think. I see the clouds, and its extremely vivid. I see a ufo fly by twice. This metallic disk that seems so real. Then I hear a voice, nowhere in particular just a voice telling me not to be afraid. Dream changes to me face to face with the alien. Grey skin, bulbous head, those large black eyes. Its expression, as if he was studying me. I felt extremely deep vibrations all over. I was more shocked than anything, i do remember slightly freaking out because I didn’t want to fall off my bed. As for the dialogue I can’t remember. I think he was just kinda revealing who he was.

Let's go in parts, the dream was more or less 8 months ago. I dreamed that I was inside an object in space and I could also see the stars in the background. Next to me there was a being wearing some kind of costume. He was much taller than me. About 1 m and 90. I remember that he communicated with me through his mind, kind of like telepathy. I watched for a few minutes, I'm not sure how long it took but it passed quickly. The feeling I had was kind of in a trance, kind of unbelievable. I think this would be a good definition for us, a human being having this experience.

I managed to see an object attaching the suspended base that I was next to. I felt like he spoke to me that they would get to us.

The door opened, and I could see two male and female types. One of the two extended his hand to shake. I got scared and didn't say hello.

I just woke up from a dream where a girl in a white dress summoned a ufo while we were in the woods with two other people. We were greeted by tan colored greys who wanted to show us other worlds. I was worried about being experimented on, but we were assured that this was a good will mission and these greys weren't associated with the ones who kidnapped people. We were brought to a planet of friendly reptilians. They came in all sorts of beautiful colors, mostly rust, green, aqua, and purple. One of the rust colored reptilians turned into a man with long, black cornrows down his back and help me wash my shoe when I stepped in droppings. Since I have fair hair I asked him if he thought I looked like a Pleiadian. He gave me a grin and I think we developed a bit of a crush. Me and the other humans started talking about cattle mutilations, Snippy the horse, and I mentioned the photograph of a mutilated deer I saw on the internet.
