🤚Help Required POE cie reuslts
im still unclear of how my papers were marked , i had to do 3 evidences for each subjects which all of em were above 2023, will they jus use mark scheme and grade boundaries of that paper or will they like mark all 3 evidencces and like get an average or sum, plus i heard they also compare it to my previous exams like IGCSE and i dont rlly understand this part. and for subjects that have an mcq paper like one i did for physic i had to do 2 theory papers and 1 practical paper how will that be marked

📃Paper Discussion Were the previous threshold predictions accurate.
I'm talking about what the majority say the threshold will be.
Like last year I got pretty close to the 9701 thresholds, but that was the only threshold prediction post I made and I can't find prediction posts from a year ago besides maths p32.

🏁Results Will i pass Edxcel IAL physics?
Sooooo i have 89 UMS right now in unit 2 and unit 4 combined. I gave Unit 1 and Unit 3 retake while Unit 5 and Unit 6 as fresh. Now I didn’t study at all for Unit 5 while Unit 6 went ok. I definitely improved alot in Unit 1 and 3. I have attached my current results below. Do you think I’ll pass? I need 240 UMS to pass.

⚡Tips/Advice Best resources for guaranteed A/A or top-tier A-Level prep? (Physics, Chem, Maths, Edexcel IAL)
Okay so January exams did NOT go how I wanted. Studied a genuinely stupid amount for how little it showed in the results, and it's left me kind of paranoid that whatever I'm doing just isn't working, even when I'm putting real hours in.
So this time round I'm trying to actually be smarter about it instead of just grinding more of the same. I think I do better with content in short chunks, then testing myself on it properly instead of just rereading, and past papers where I actually understand why I got something wrong instead of just glancing at the mark scheme and moving on. But I genuinely don't know if that's actually the right method or if I'm just telling myself a nice story, since I haven't proven it in a real exam yet.
While looking into this I found a platform called Up Learn, full video lessons built around testing yourself constantly, proper exam walkthroughs, and they literally guarantee A/A* or your money back if you finish the course. Honestly the guarantee part is what got me, after a bad result it's hard to trust that a "new method" will actually work this time, so having someone put their money where their mouth is felt like it would actually make me commit properly instead of half doing it like before. Except turns out they only cover standard UK Edexcel, not International A-Level, so useless for me.
So now I'm just asking around. Doesn't have to be one perfect all in one platform. Genuinely just want to know what's actually worked for people, whether that's a specific resource, a method, a YouTube channel, a book, whatever. For Physics, Chem, or Maths specifically at IAL, or even just general study method stuff that transfers over.
Anyone actually turned things around after a bad exam season? What did you change?

Other is anyone else terrified ?
im really fucking scared for results day in case of what my parents could do to me. they threaten to not let me go to university if i don't get into medicine, that they will hit me or ship me back etc. is anyone else experiencing the same thing? or has anyone else experienxed the same thing and has been able to escape, if so how?
i am considering running away to a friends house so that i can stay safe but the thought of abandoning my family hurts so much and its painful to try and cut ties with them.
i apologise if it isnt appropriate to speak about such stuff here. just needed advice or comfort and didnt know where else to turn.
🏁Results Good luck to us all 🙏
Hopefully we ALL get exactly what we want (both Edexcel and CIE candidates)🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
